I love the smell of a home when it’s just been scanned over by a cleaning company. I was fortunate enough to have this smell once a week growing up, while we weren’t rich or privileged in anyways my mother was a single mom and needed help to keep things in order. As a parent myself now I can completely understand the necessity of an extra pair of hands.
There’s just something about the way the team that comes in cleans compared to how we clean, I’m not sure if it’s the products they use that tend to be lemonier or that they are more hands doing the work.
Either way, I’m all for having a team of lemon sprayers come round the house. If you can’t wait till they come back, why not try this home-made lemon sanitizer https://toriavey.com/home-garden/natural-all-purpose-homemade-citrus-cleanser/ to tide you over and keep you feeling ‘citrus’ all week long.
For others, having a stranger come into your home and lifting every object or ornament and going through the house can be daunting, but we all have to start somewhere. I’m sure my mom was nervous when we first got Sofia, but that was a lifetime ago and she has been with our family for over 20 years now.
How to choose a cleaning company?
When deciding on which cleaning company is best suited to your home style and dynamic there are a few factors to take into consideration. Once you have a few names written down don’t be afraid to ask for references and follow up on those, ask the previous customers questions that you feel would affect your choice and eliminate based on their responses.
Next, you want to look for a company that has years of experience behind them, they can get the job done right the first time and you know you will be in good hands. They will also be certified with up to date sanitation procedures and should be willing to show these certificates if asked.
Be upfront about the days you are looking to have them come in and if it works in their schedule and operating hours. Check whether they have emergency systems in place in case that distant relative and his family phone and say they’re arriving in the afternoon for the weekend and you have to scramble to give the place a quick spritz.
Ask if they use eco-friendly products, this is especially important if you have kids in the house, the less harmful chemicals around the better. Sound good so far? 3. Equipment
While hubby might have bought you what he assumes is the best machine on the planet, professional cleaning services NJ has heavy-duty industrial equipment that can get stuck into the job and won’t need replacing anytime soon.
